For the 2008-2009 school year (effective July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009) the priority deadline date for Federal Campus Based aid is March 1, 2008. Students who submit their paperwork accurately by the deadline and who have the greatest financial need will be awarded campus based aid, if funds are available. The 2008-2009 Eligibility Letter reflecting these awards should be processed in early May.

If it becomes necessary to limit applicants in the same need category, students will be awarded using the date the Financial Aid Certification Form was submitted to the Financial Aid Office (earliest applicants receiving preference). If you are selected for verification, you are required to submit further information. Applications submitted after March 1, 2008 are still considered for other types of aid; the priority date applies only to campus based aid.
