User Agreement
You, the User, agree to the following:
- You agree to consult with your primary health care provider before beginning this Spinal Hygiene/Wellness program.
- You agree that if you experience pain at any time, you will stop and rest, and should the pain persist you will consult our primary health care provider.
- You agree that Life University will not be held responsible or liable for any loss damage (including, but not limited to, actual, consequential, or punitive), liability, claim, or other injury or cause related to or resulting from any information posted on this web site.
