Position Instructions:
- Lie on your back with your knees bent.
- Clasp both hands behind your head.
- Flex your trunk forward and touch your right elbow with your left knee.
- Alternate elbows and knees.
- Repeat as desired.

- Abdomen, shoulders, hips and buttocks.
