The Jack-Knife/Single Knee Tuck

Position Instructions:
- Place your hands below knee and pull the leg toward the chest until a stretch is felt.
- Keep the other leg on the ground.
- Hold for 15 seconds.
- Repeat procedure with other leg.
- If you have knee problems, place your hands below your knee.

- Hamstring, buttocks and lower back
