Faculty Senate
The Faculty Senate encourages, facilitates and supports the development of excellent educators and scholars, provides a well represented and well reasoned voice for the faculty in all academic and faculty matters, and fosters a spirit of collegiality among faculty, students and staff.

Our goals are to be a responsible and responsive part of the governance structure of Life University; provide a forum for faculty to bring forward and discuss academic and clinical concerns; promote collegiality among faculty, administration, staff, and students; increase public awareness of Life University through faculty involvement in community projects, and promote scholarly activities and research endeavors.

Staff Council
The Staff Advisory Council serves and represents the needs, concerns and interest of all staff members. Our purpose is to encourage professional development of the staff improve communication within and between staff and faculty, and to participate in University governance through representatives appointed by the Staff Council Executive Committee.
