Sex Offender Registry
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation, in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 42-1-12, is required to act as the repository for registration information concerning those persons convicted of a sex crime who reside within the state of Georgia. Information may be obtained on individuals who are registered as sex offenders by visiting the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Sex Offender Registry web site or at http://www.georgia-sex-offenders.com/index.php(Not affiliated with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation).
