Welcome to the Life University community! We are pleased your student has joined our progressive, supportive and innovative academic community and look forward to helping you gain a sense of the life-stretching experiences he or she will enjoy here.

LIFE is a dynamic institution committed to being a higher education leader — defining our priorities based on the needs of the future and not the university experience of the past. We strive to ensure students master the specialized competencies of their chosen major while also helping them enhance their broader life skills so they will be well positioned for life-long learning and success. Our Eight Core Proficiencies are woven throughout each student’s academic experience with seminars and coursework on topics such as Integrity and Citizenship, Contemporary Scientific Paradigms, Belief Systems and Performance, and Integrative Change to advance personal integrity and provide students with a strong foundation for professional success, life satisfaction and social contribution.

During the next few years, you will no doubt witness significant growth and personal development in your student. Although the experience will be fulfilling, sometimes stretching and growing can be challenging and frustrating too. But your student need not go it alone. Our Student Success Center and other extensive resources across campus are here to support each student in his or her journey.
