Harvey Lillard Scholarship
Amount: 100% tuition for four (4) quarters. Non-renewable
Applicant must be an African-American student and a US citizen entering DC with an unconditional acceptance to Life University and have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Attach a 3x3 photo of yourself to the scholarship application. Must submit three letters of recommendation that provide examples of community activity indicative of improvements in race relations, extra-curricular activities in support of school or community and evidence of leadership ability(Your references must use letterhead stationary). Must maintain a 2.5 GPA. If the cumulative GPA drops below 2.5 for one quarter only, the recipient may remain on the scholarship. If it drops a second time, the scholarship immediately terminates. Applicant must complete the Life University Scholarship Application, which is available in PDF format or in the Financial Aid Office.

Life University International Scholarship
Amount: 50% tuition for four quarters
(Students entering Spring Quarter)
Applicant must be a foreign national, without permanent resident status. Applicant must be accepted for admission in one of the following programs: Undergraduate, Graduate or Doctor of Chiropractic. Applicant with the greatest financial need will be given preference. Applicant must submit three letters of recommendation verifying student's financial need; two must be from the country of domicile. Applicant's transcripts must reflect a minimum of 3.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent as evaluated by one of the acceptable evaluation services used by the Life University Admissions Department. All entry hours accepted by the Life University Admissions Office will be utilized to determine the cumulative grade point average. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average. If the cumulative grade point average drops below 3.0, the student will have the next quarter to bring up his/her cumulative grade point average. If a 3.0 cumulative grade point average is not attained by the end of that quarter, the scholarship will be terminated. Angelfire Datatel Scholars Foundation Scholarship
Amount: $1,000 - $2,400
Applicant must have academic merit, personal motivation, and involvement in external activities and must be one of the following: a military veteran of the Vietnam War, a child or spouse of a military veteran of the Vietnam War or a Vietnamese, Cambodian or Laotian refugee who entered the US between 1964 - 1975. Applicant must be a student returning to school after a five-year absence. Applicant must submit two letters of recommendation, an essay and official grade transcripts.

Dr. Kathryn L. D’Amelio Scholarship
Amount: $500
Applicant must be a female student in the Doctor of Chiropractic Program in either 2nd through 5th quarter. Applicant must have a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.0. Applicant must show financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application that is available on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov. are committed to practicing through service in North Carolina should consider
applying for a HSM loan. In order for borrowers to have their loans forgiven",

Applicant must be a U.S. resident, under the age of 21, and a resident of GA, SC or NC and accepted or enrolled at LU. Amount: $2,500
Applicant must be a resident of South Carolina and a student member of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association. Applicant must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher and must meet satisfactory academic progress. Applicant must submit a written paper, the question, "Why is philosophy important in Chiropractic?" Applicant must submit letters of support, copies of transcripts and other supportive information they deem beneficial. Applicant must complete the South Carolina Chiropractic Association Application for Membership, which is available at Life University in the Financial Aid Office. Amount: $1,000
Applicant must be a resident of Arkansas and enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic
Program of Study. Applicant must submit a typed essay and must list extracurricular
activities as well as those activities prior to chiropractic college. Applicant must
submit the Arkansas Chiropractic Association Application which is available in the
Financial Aid Office.

Amount: $1,200 (may be divided among two recipients)

Amount: Varies
Applicant must be a Mississippi resident who would like to obtain a degree in Chiropractic Medicine and is enrolled full-time at an approved out-of-state institution. The annual award may not exceed the actual cost of tuition and required fees charged by a public college or university. Alma Neilsen Perpetual Scholarship (ICA Auxiliary)
Amount: Three at $1,500 each
Applicant must be at least a 5th quarter student, member in good standing with the SICA organization on the campus of an ICA approved college and three letters of recommendation (one from a Doctor of Chiropractor who is a member with the ICA),
Applicant must submit an essay 100-200 words as to your commitment to chiropractic and why this scholarship should be awarded to you (attach the essay to the application).

Applicant must be a full-time student with a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 and in "good clinical standing". Amount: $5,000
Applicant must be a resident of Arkansas and enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic Program of Study or an incoming student accepted to the Doctor Chiropractic Program of Study and must be making satisfactory academic program. Dr. Cameron Cassan Memorial Scholarship (Canadian)
Amount: $500
Applicant must show proof of Canadian residency, be at least a 5th quarter DC student and have a 2.0 cumulative grade point average. Must submit an essay, 500 words, which includes the following points:
The applicants personal philosophy of practice; How does the applicant perceive his/her practice in three years after graduation?; and How does the concept of "Lasting Purpose" relate to the development of the successful chiropractor?
*Must submit two letters of reference which highlights the applicant's drive and dedication, not only to Life, but to his/her future as a chiropractor.

Dr. Max Harris Scholarship
Amount: $800
Applicant must be an 8th, 9th, or 10th quarter student enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic Program of Study and have a 2.5 cumulative grade point average. Dr. Tedd Koren Scholarship
Amount: $275
Applicant must be currently enrolled in the DC program and must submit an unpublished essay on the new research in the chiropractic profession; which can either be clinical or laboratory or either "non-musculoskeletal chiropractic" or chiropractic philosophy', or applicant may submit original chiropractic-related research. Applicant must be a US citizen enrolled in the DC program and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Applicant must submit an essay (two copies) no longer than 1500 words on the subject, "How do I plan to make the most of the opportunities offered through my education at Life University?" National Chiropractic Mutual Insurance Company Scholarship
Amount: Two at $1,250 each
Applicant must be at least an 11th quarter student enrolled full-time in the DC program and completed or is currently enrolled in a jurisprudence and/or risk management class. Applicant must have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average and submit a 500 word essay on the topic "Risk Management in the Field of Chiropractic". Dr. I.N. and M. Louise Toftness Scholarship
Amount: Two at $7,300 each
Applicant must be a US citizen and enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic Program in at least an 8th quarter student. Applicant must have at least a 2.75 cumulative grade point average. Applicant must write a 500-word essay on the life and research of Dr. I.N. Toftness. More information and application available in the Financial Aid Office.

Dr. Pamela Vinci Memorial Scholarship
Amount: $900
Applicant must be a female and a US citizen enrolled in the DC program. Applicant must have experience working with someone who is in a wheelchair or someone with a debilitating disease. Must submit a 1000 word essay on this experience, what this experience taught you and how your practice will reach similar populations. Chiropractic Association of Louisiana - William Boyd Scholarship
Amount: $1,000 - $1,500

Mid-Ohio Chiropractic Association Scholarship
Amount: $500
Applicant must reside in one of the following counties: Ashland, Crawford, Knox, Morrow, Richland or Wyandot and be enrolled as a full-time student for one or more years at an accredited chiropractic college. Applicant must submit a 500-word essay about how he/she became involved in chiropractic and what he/she plans to do personally to continue to advance the profession. Applicant should be a member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association. College of Chiropractors of Alberta Student Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
Applicant must be a resident of Alberta and enrolled in a CCE accredited institution and at least a 7th quarter student. Applicant must demonstrate a high rating in clinical competency and service activities. Applicant must complete an Alberta Scholarship Application, which is available at Life University in the Financial Aid Office.

Amount: One $2,000, 1 $1,000 and four $500 awards
Applicant must currently be enrolled as a 1st-13th quarter student in the Doctor of Chiropractic Program of Study. Applicant must submit five copies of a 1500 word addressing the following topic: "Explain what your Mission Statement for your office will be when you are in private practice and why? Women's Auxiliary to the Kentucky Association of Chiropractic, Inc.
Amount: $3,000
Applicant must be a resident of Kentucky and have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average and be in his/her final two years of study. Applicant must submit two letters of recommendation from faculty and a brief essay explaining why he/she should be the recipient. Applicant must submit the Kentucky Association of Chiropractors Auxiliary Application that is available in the Financial Aid Office.

Applicant must be an 8th quarter or higher, enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic Program of Study and a cumulative GPA of 3.0. Applicant must submit an essay of 1000-words, two reference letters, which highlight the applicant's drive and dedication, not only to Life, but to his/her future as a chiropractor. Applicant must be enrolled in the Chiropractic Program of Study and completed a research project in the field of chiropractic. The results of the project must be suitable for either a presentation at a research conference or publication in a research project. The Sallie Mae 911 Education Fund was created in response to the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001. The scholarship program is open to children of those who were killed or permanently disabled as a result of the terrorist attacks who are enrolled as full-time undergraduate students at approved accredited institutions.
