Execution of the primary mission is established through the accurate billing and collection of tuition and fees; timely posting and disbursement of living expense checks; and providing an exemplary service support system for the University’s administration, faculty, staff and students.
Payment and Living Expense Checks
Tuition payment in full and/or outstanding balance is due by the second Friday of each Quarter. Each quarter, the payment deadline date is posted in the Student Accounts Office and the Academic Quarterly.
Payment in full can be accomplished in one of the four ways.
- Confirmed financial aid (loans, grants and scholarships)
- Cash, check or money order
- Credit cards
- “FACTS” Tuition Management Plan
The University reserves the right at any time during the quarter to disenroll any student from classes for failure to pay fees. A Student Accounts “Hold” will be placed on the records of any student who has an outstanding financial obligation to the University. The student will not be permitted to register for further course work or receive or have forwarded to external third parties any transcripts or grades until the obligation is settled.
Also, students will be assessed a 10% disenrollment charge based upon the remaining unpaid tuition incurred in the disenrolled quarter.
Direct Deposit and Living Expense Checks
Living expense checks will be printed (Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week) when all proceeds have been received and all eligibility requirements for Financial Aid programs have been met in accordance with Federal Regulations related to Title IV funds.
Direct Deposit refunds will be processed on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. All direct deposits are guaranteed to arrive in your bank account within 48 hours after the refund has been processed in your student account.
