Student Council

Welcome to Life University.

How do you describe in words what is going on at Life University?  I see a paramount shift at Life making it the superior school to attend.  We have over 50 clubs and organizations, numerous athletic club programs, a newly formed NAIA Men’s Basketball program, and visionary leadership.  Our Undergraduate program is growing at a rapid rate. Life University is a school with diversity and opportunity.  At such a pivotal time we have a great opportunity to grow and succeed.  That is why it is essential to participate in student council. Participation ensures representation of the student perspective.

Life Student Council (LSC) is a student organization that has a varied group of passionate people looking to change the face of the world, starting in our community.  We feel that it is up to us to relay the information to and from administration, so that the lines of communication are always easily accessible.  Our executive members are: Barrett Deubert (President), Adam Schwarz (V.P.), Jenny Pavlov (Treasurer), and Tracy Gordon (Secretary). 

On behalf of the student body we welcome you to Life University. We are so excited for your future and your growth potential.  If you would like to contact us for any reason whatsoever it would be a pleasure addressing any needs.  We look forward to seeing you in the near future as a leader at LU.

The Student Council, based on authority granted by the University administration exists to serve as a medium for student expression and participation. Representatives from each academic quarter are encouraged to participate in the Council and its activities. All Life University students are eligible to vote in Council elections. The governing rules and regulations of the Council are set forth in its Constitution and By-laws. Minutes from Student Council meetings are posted on BlackBoard (Life University’s online educational platform) for access by all students. Any student may enroll in the Student Council “Class” to access this information.

Meetings are held in Annex C room C1 on Tuesdays at 11 a.m.
