How to Refer to the Center

We welcome relationships with, and referrals from, all licensed healthcare providers (Doctors of Chiropractic, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and others, etc) in our area.

Refer your patients to the Digital Imaging Center for radiographic studies and an accompanying report by a radiologist. We offer 24-hour turn around on x-rays and film reads, and have the equipment to accommodate 14 by 36 full spine, upper cervical specific, extremities, and most body types and compositions. Films may be sent back to you with your patient and the report via fax.

Clinic Adjusting Privileges Program (CAPP)

The Life clinic system allows non-clinic faculty to use the on-campus clinics to provide patient care to Life colleagues and others. The CAPP program description and the Application for Clinic Privileges are below. Please return the completed Application form to Cynthia Lund.
