Chiropractic Care
Health is more than simply the absence of disease. Doctors of chiropractic
are experts on the nerve system (brain and spinal cord), and how it coordinates
the activities of every cell and system of the body. By ensuring there is clear
communication to all systems, chiropractors help people experience more of their
innate potential for optimum health and performance.
Chiropractors also understand and respect the self-maintaining and
self-improving nature of life and living beings; this vitalistic view is in tune
with today’s health care consumers who seek drugless, non-surgical approaches to
better health.
This respect for the individual is evident in the Life Clinics where the
approach is patient-centered, compassionate, and results-oriented.
Wellness Coaching
What does wellness mean to you? Perhaps you would like to live a healthier
lifestyle but have had challenges along the way and need “conversation with
accountability” to keep your goal on track. Perhaps you are not exactly sure
what changes you need to make, and collaboration with someone would help explore
the possibilities.
Life University’s Wellness Coaches are here to help clients identify and work
toward achieving health and wellness goals, and learn tools that will support
and sustain those achievements.
We all have the power within us to achieve our best personal health. Wellness
Coaching at Life recognizes and respects the vitalistic viewpoint that we are
self-aware, self-improving, and capable of great things….with a little help
along the way.
