Life University announces the opening of the Life University Fitness Center! After months of preparation, it is finally time to open the doors. The facility has undergone a significant renovation, including brand new cardio-vascular equipment (6 ellipticals, 2 Stairmasters, 8 treadmills, 2 Hitmills and 2 rowing machines). We have included state-of-the-art weight and rehab machines (19 New Cybex, 1 New Nautilus and 17 New Hoist apparatus; 47 total) and of course retained the nearly new Cross Fit rig.
In order to remain compliant with current COVID-19 restrictions, initially patrons are limited to 60-minute workouts. You will be required to reserve a time slot by creating an account on IMLeagues. At this time, patrons will be limited to one reservation per day. Entry times will be staggered every 30 minutes to allow for appropriate physical distancing throughout the facility and locker rooms. All patrons will be responsible for physical distancing, wearing face coverings when distance cannot be maintained, cleaning any equipment immediately before and after use, and complete compliance with all LIFE reopening guidelines, including screening prior to entry. Disposable sanitary wipes will be available.

Scenic Running Trails
Life University has 3.1 miles of walking and running trails that twist and turn through the beautiful campus woods and along Rottenwood Creek. The public trails start within the heart of the LIFE campus adjacent to the 19th Century Village. The village setting is complemented by authentic, old-world housing and a grist mill that uses the creek’s flowing waters to turn its water wheel. As you pass through the village and the waterfall, you enter heavily treed and tranquil settings of lush forest. Following comfortably wide trails you’ll experience a feeling of serenity and calm while exercising. Organized wellness walks are also available for those who would like assistance with their workout program. Try a casual walk or brisk run between classes or after your day ends. Pets are welcome to accompany you on the trails, but must be leashed at all times.
