Apartment Complex Fire

On Saturday, March 23, one building in the Gallery Apartment complex was destroyed by fire.

Because the Gallery is so close to Life University, we anticipate that some students may have been affected but not have access to their devices to check email or texts at this time.

Therefore, we’re contacting the LIFE community to spread the word to any students who lost their home or belongings in this fire.

While the Red Cross remains the best source of providing emergency housing, please ask affected students or employees to contact or for assistance from Food4LIFE, SSC Counseling/EAP resources and/or a “helping hand” emergency grant.

Campus phones are not being monitored until Monday, at which time phone calls can be placed to the Student Advocacy Center at 770-426-2700.
