RE: FSDP Summer Quarter 2019

The Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) for the Summer Quarter will begin on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. The FSDP provides an opportunity for the LIFE community to gather with colleagues, hear important announcements, recognize faculty and staff accomplishments, and participate in workshops to enhance professional and personal development.

The upcoming FSDP event will feature Victoria McGillin, Ph.D., a Resident Fellow at the John N. Gardner Institute for Excellence in Undergraduate Education. Dr. McGillin will discuss the forces that are shaping student retention and persistence, the programs that are impacting those complementary forces and the institution-wide, evidence-based Retention Performance Management process we have begun with the Gardner Institute.
