Event Tables and Setup

Tables, linens, chairs and, most importantly, space are reserved through FSDirect for all campus events. They must first be approved before any materials can be placed. Tables that are placed by Grounds for specific use for an approved event/space use and specific requesters are being taken and relocated by non-approved users. Please do not, for any reason, remove tables from one area to use in another area. If you have an event coming up and require support, students should talk with their club sponsor who will submit the request in FSDirect for them, and staff/faculty must use FSDirect to submit the request.
