Applying For Housing
Welcome to Life University Housing! We are excited to welcome you and your student to campus. Moving into a residence hall is an exciting milestone, and our goal is to help students feel comfortable, connected and at home from day one. Please address all housing questions to Housing@Life.edu.
Housing Details
Each room comes furnished with:
- Twin XL bed
- Desk and chair for each resident
- Closet/storage space
- Storage space underneath the bed
- Room for a mini refrigerator
- Access to microwaves on every floor
- Large refrigerators in common areas for student food storage
Students are encouraged to personalize their rooms with photos, posters, lights and décor as long as decorations do not damage walls, furniture or university property. Any damages may result in charges at move-out.
Recommended items to bring:
- Twin XL bedding and pillows
- Laundry basket and towels
- Storage bins and hangers
- Toiletries and cleaning supplies
- Laptop, chargers and school supplies
- Surge protector/power strip
- Snacks, drinks and reusable water bottle
- Mini refrigerator
- Keurig or standard coffee maker
Please note: students do not need to bring a microwave, as microwaves are already provided on each floor.
For the safety of all residents, the following items are NOT permitted:
- Hot plates
- Air fryers
- Toasters or toaster ovens
- Electric skillets or grills
- Deep fryers
- Candles or incense
- Space heaters
- Any appliance that may create a fire hazard
A few move-in tips:
- Coordinate larger shared items with roommates
- Label personal belongings
- Bring only what you need to stay organized
- Don’t forget medications, chargers and important documents

To apply for University Housing:
- Click the link below to apply for housing.
- Click on Housing Application in the green navigation bar.
- Select the appropriate term in which you wish to apply for. This will take you to the Housing Application.
- For further instructions on how to pay your Housing Que Deposit, please refer to the information listed at the bottom of this page.
- To pay your Housing Deposit:
- Go to EagleNet.LIFE.edu and log in using your Life University credentials
- Click on the Financial Information Picture/Icon on the left toolbar.
- Click on “Housing Deposit.”
- Click on the Deposits Tab and proceed with selecting the Housing Que Deposit and making your payment ($500 for LVR or $375 for Commons).
- Please note that you should read all pages of your housing application carefully before signing each page with your electronic signature. Your electronic signature is your Life University ID number.
To Pay Housing Que Deposit:
- Go to EagleNet.LIFE.edu and log in using your Life University credentials.
- Click on the Financial Information Picture/Icon on the left tool bar
- Select Student Accounts
- Click on Make A Payment (green button)
- Select the deposits tab from the grey navigation bar (top of screen)
- Select the Deposits Tab and proceed with selecting the Housing Que Deposit and making your payment ($500 for LVR or $375 for Commons).
