SUBJECT: Winter Break Payroll –  December 23 – January 1, 2020

Pay Dates December 20, 2019 & January 3, 2020

With the Winter Break scheduled from December 23 through January 1, we are requesting that hours be entered and approved in ADP by NOON on Monday, December 16 for the December 20 pay, as well as the January 3 pay. In ADP, while in the current pay period, timecards can be approved. By choosing the drop down arrow on the right side of the Pay Period box, the Next Pay Period option can be chosen.

Remember to enter time off in ADP separately from the time card, and Supervisors MUST approve time off in ADP IN ADDITION TO the employee’s time card in order to get paid correctly.

SUPERVISORS: Please communicate this to all your direct reports and ensure they have entered and you have approved their time into ADP by Monday at Noon, December 16. For those employees that work over the weekend and through the break, their time can be estimated and will be adjusted, if necessary, on the following pay.

EMPLOYEES: Please make sure to enter your time into ADP by Monday at Noon, December 16. Timecards not approved may result in a delay of pay.

First-time paychecks or pay cards will be available for pick up from Campus Safety on December 20 (for the December 20 checks only) or mailed to the address in ADP for anyone not receiving direct deposit.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact either Jerry Moody at X2673 or Sharie Williams at X2647.
