My name is Ronald G. Ware and my friends call me Greg. I was born in Indiana. I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a BS in Public Affairs. Some years later, I graduated from University of Phoenix with an MBA in Marketing and attended Grand Canyon University. My wife of 25+ years and I owned and operated a marble and granite business for 10 years that served the southeast US. I started my employment in 2008 as an adjunct professor with Life University in Marietta, GA and as of today, I am an assistant professor in business for CGUS and COC and serve as the faculty senate president. Our family has 35+ years invested in LU, I am the co-founder of Ware Prep Academy of Atlanta, Inc., a 501 C3 not-for-profit that specializes in youth athletic sponsorships and sport scholarships since 2006, and co-founder and CEO of Confessions Coffee, Inc., and Confessions Coffee Africa, LLC, a wholesale premium coffee company. My family and I reside in Canton, GA. I enjoy golf, basketball, Formula 1 racing, traveling, and family time.
I came to LU to share my knowledge and experience of business leadership and development, and marketing. LU is a natural fit due to my wife, Dr. Mamie Brown-Ware’s early initiatives of assisting in starting the CGUS years ago. I started teaching in the COC and CGUS in 2008. Over the course of my employment, I have restructured the COC courses to align with the service industry, while creating a sports business minor. I currently mentor over 25 DC and CGUS graduates in various business facets.
My daughter attends the University of Alabama and enjoys fashion and golf.
