Dr. Navaei is an Assistant Professor in the Nutrition Department at Life University, where she has been teaching a range of graduate and undergraduate courses in the field of clinical nutrition since 2017. She also serves as the Graduate Coordinator for the Master of Clinical Nutrition Program, overseeing the academic and research activities of students enrolled in the program.
As an experienced Registered Dietitian, Dr. Navaei has a particular focus on metabolic disorders and gastrointestinal issues. Her clinical expertise is rooted in evidence-based research, and she works closely with patients to develop personalized diet and nutrition plans that help to manage and treat their conditions effectively.
Dr. Navaei's research interests are centered around the role of nutrition, functional foods, and dietary strategies in the prevention and/or improvement of cardiometabolic and musculoskeletal diseases.
