Donna Plummer, M.S., RD is a Registered Dietitian with more than 29 years of experience in clinical nutrition, food/nutrition service management and education. She has experience in various patient care setting including long-term care, physical rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, dialysis, acute care/hospital and ICU. Her management experience includes working as a chief clinical dietitian, supervising food service operation and her current position at Life University as the dietetic internship program director.

In her current role, she manages all aspects of the internship program, as well as precept dietetic interns at a local hospital and teaching in the undergraduate nutrition program.
