Business Cards (and Stationery)
Students in the Chiropractic program are eligible to order cards the quarter they enter Outpatient Clinic using a credit/debit card. Faculty or Staff can request digital business cards when authorized by their department supervisor using a purchase order. The University has decided to transition employees from traditional paper cards to a more efficient and effective digital version. Student clinicians will transition during the next phase. Employee requests for paper cards must be approved by the EVP of Finance.
When entering your information, your email address should be keyed as (i.e. James Johnson = JJohnson or James.Johnson), select appropriate drill down (if applicable), then preview your card before submitting order.
- Clinic Students –Click here to begin. Type your full name where indicated then begin entering your card details. Your bank statement charge will appear as “Whitestone Marketing” upon successful payment processing. You will receive an email from Mail Services once your order is ready for pickup, typically in about 10 business days. A box of 500 business cards is $40 and $60 for 1000.
- Faculty and Staff -Initiate your request via the Central Stores portal on the Procurement website. Once approved, you will receive an email from Purchasing with instructions to accept your digital business card. Your digital business card profile is $40 and provides unlimited access and includes a personalized QR code, mobile app link, email signature and more. This charge will be internally billed to your department.
You will be responsible for any errors not caught in proofing prior to submitting your order. Other typographic or printing errors are the responsibility of the vendor.
We no longer stock LIFE University branded letterhead or envelopes, but if you have stationery requests or questions regarding the digital business cards, email Purchasing@LIFE.edu.
This charge will be internally billed to your department.
