Stationery & Business Cards

Students in the Chiropractic program are eligible to order cards the quarter they enter Outpatient Clinic using a credit/debit card. Faculty or Staff can order stationery or business cards when authorized by their department supervisor using a purchase order.

When entering your information, your email address should be keyed as (i.e. James Johnson = JJohnson or James.Johnson), select appropriate drill down (if applicable), then preview your card before submitting order.

  1. Clinic Students –Click here to begin. Type your full name where indicated then begin entering your card details. Your bank statement charge will appear as “Whitestone Marketing” upon successful payment processing. You will receive an email from Mail Services once your order is ready for pickup, typically in about 10 business days.
  2. Faculty and Staff – Submit your request with the DocuSign template – “Stationery & Business Cards Requisition”. When you receive your completed PO, follow the instructions in the comment section of the form. Enter the PO number where indicated. Mail Services will deliver your order once it arrives, typically in about 10 business days.

A box of 500 business cards is $40 and $60 for 1000. Letterhead stationery is $278.00 for 1000 sheets and $407.63 for 2500. Letterhead envelopes are $195.70 for 1000 and $305.65 for 2500. Shipping is included.

You will be responsible for any errors not caught in proofing prior to submitting your order. Other typographic or printing errors are the responsibility of the vendor.
