20 to Life


What is 20 to Life?

20 to Life encourages all Life University employees to take 20 purposeful steps toward their well-being. These steps are tracked in four distinct categories, and each category you complete unlocks 1 additional personal day/hour for a total of up to 4 earned personal days/hours.

Whether you’re walking, attending fitness classes, seeking chiropractic care or joining wellness events, your efforts count. The more engaged you are, the more you earn and the better you’ll feel.


How it Works

1. Fitness Center or Class Visits

  • Complete 20 visits to a gym, yoga class or structured fitness activity.
  • Proof Required: App check-ins, gym logs, class rosters or screenshots
  • Earn: 1 Personal Day

2. Chiropractic Care (C-HOP or Licensed Provider)

  • On-campus or local employees must complete 20 visits to C-HOP (Center for Health and Optimum Performance).
  • Remote or out-of-state employees may visit any licensed chiropractor.
  • Proof Required: Documented visit logs or receipts
  • Earn: 1 Personal Day

3. Walk More Than 10,000 Steps Per Day

  • Complete 20 separate days with 10,000+ steps each.
  • Proof Required: Dated app/device screenshots (e.g., Apple Health, Fitbit, Strava)
  • Earn: 1 Personal Day

4. Life University Wellness Events & Activities

  • Attend 20 qualifying Life U wellness experiences, including:
    • ISO Clinic vital checks
    • Virtual mindfulness or breathwork sessions
    • Financial wellness lunch & learns
    • Life-sponsored community events (virtual or in person)
  • Proof Required: Event sign-in, screenshots or attendance records
  • Earn: 1 Personal Day

Who’s Eligible?

All Life University employees are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Whether you work on campus, remotely or in a hybrid model, there’s a path for you.

  • Full-Time Employees: Eligible to earn up to 4 full personal days
  • Part-Time Employees: Eligible to earn up to 4 hours of personal leave
  • Remote Employees: Can participate fully by submitting verified documentation from their local providers or wellness platforms

How to Sign Up

Sign-Up Opens: Friday, May 23

  • Attend the Update & Celebrate Event on campus to register in person.
  • Or, email 20tolife@life.edu to enroll remotely.

Ready to earn your personal day? Once you’ve completed 20 qualifying activities in a single category, it’s time to submit your proof!

To make it easy, we’ve created a simple tracking template for you to log each activity and organize your documentation. Use the template to keep everything in one place before submitting.
