Dr. Jon Hartman is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, consultant, certified ACC ICF coach, CPC Fowler-Wainwright Coach, and published author. He is a servant and transformational global leader of purposeful excellence in business, operations, and Human Resources. He provides subject matter expertise in leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, engagement and culture development, organizational change, training, and executive coaching.
Dr. Hartman currently serves full-time as an I/O Psychologist for the Department of Treasury as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Human Capital Office. He is a US Navy Veteran and holds a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology, MBA in International Business, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
As a Doctoral Chair committee member with the Grand Canyon University, Dr. Hartman oversees and participates in leading-edge workplace research working with Doctoral students that deal with leadership development and all things behavioral science in the workplace. Additionally, Dr. Hartman is an Adjunct Professor at Life University for the College of Online Studies in Psychology. He and his wife, Claudia, reside in Marietta, GA, where they are very active in their Church and are raising two beautiful young foster children for God.
