More than 1,700 alumni and friends gather each year to embark on a weekend of professional learning, reconnection with friends and colleagues and an abundance of special events.
As Life University prepares our Phase I return to campus for our chiropractic students for the summer quarter on July 13th, we have thoroughly reviewed suggested re-opening protocols put forth by The Governor of Georgia, as well as the CDC and other organizations. Though not all protocols fit within our chiropractic and Vitalistic philosophy of human health, we are nevertheless mandated to follow certain directives. After all, our main purpose is to offer exceptional education to our students, and we can only do that by being open.
Yes, we wanted to host Life Vision Extravaganza/Fall CElebration 2020 Live on campus, and yes, we were ready to do so. Having more than 1,200 of you currently registered, we know you were ready too! Gathering in such a way is always invigorating and enlightening.
However, due to Governor Kemp’s Executive Order issued June 30th, we are not to gather in such large numbers. We will be allowed a maximum of 310 attendees in our lower auditorium for Fall CE. Our contingency plan will deliver 32 hours of exceptional relevant content, including 16 or more online hours, as well as 16 hours of Live Stream presentations from our auditorium: 8 hours on Friday, October 2nd, and 8 hours on Saturday, October 3rd. We have communicated with multiple state boards and we are reviewing their constraints and limitations. Based on this information we will do our best to welcome those who must obtain the CE credits Live.
We will update as more information becomes available. Thank you for your support, and for trusting Life University to provide your continuing education.
