PAR Center
The PAR Center at LIFE serves as a support center to faculty and provides testing services for national, professional certification and distance examinations to students and other examinees.
We are available to assist all faculty who wish to have their exams copied and/or scored and to provide training for those who are interested in learning more about the PAR Score program and the Ricoh copier functions.
“PAR” stands for Preparation, Analysis and Record keeping. The PAR Center offers services to faculty, staff and students of Life University.

PAR Center Services
Exam Copying – This service is available to all members of the faculty. Exams may be left in the PAR Center for duplication and will be ready for pickup within 48 hours. A color copier is available for faculty use.
Scanning and Scoring – The PAR Center operates PARSCORE, a software program developed by Economics Research, Inc. Its functions are computerized test scoring, test analysis and electronic grade bookkeeping. The PARSCORE program has the capability to generate attendance rosters with dated columns for manual attendance record keeping, item analysis of test questions, score distributions, histograms and rosters with test scores and cumulative grades.
Exam scoring and grade bookkeeping are available to all faculty members. To participate in this system, courses must be registered with the PAR Center each quarter. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
