Terms and Deadlines

Life University operates on a quarter system. Our quarters begin January, April, July, and October.

Applicants are evaluated on a rolling admissions schedule. In order to meet the application deadlines outlined below, you have to submit a complete application by the provided date.


As a future LIFE Student, you have different dates and deadlines to track. Please review the information below to learn more about the important dates for the application and enrollment process.

International students will have an adjusted timeline to account for additional processing.

*We must receive ALL required documents by the application deadline. We encourage all applicants to apply far in advance of the posted deadlines to allow additional time to apply for housing, as availability may be limited.

What is the Enrollment Fee and How Do I Pay It?

To secure a place in the entering class, and save your seat at Life University, all newly-admitted students are required to submit their $125.00 (non-refundable and non-waivable) Enrollment Fee. The Enrollment Fee allows you to begin your next steps toward enrollment, which includes Academic Advisement.

You must be accepted before submitting your Enrollment Fee.

How to Submit Enrollment Fee:

Step 1: Log into the application portal at using your username and password.

Step 2: Find your application with a Status of “ACTION REQUIRED” and Action “VIEW.”

Step 3: Click on “VIEW,” which will bring up your admission Decision History.

Step 4: Click on “RESPOND NOW.”

Step 5: Click on the “I ACCEPT ADMISSION” button and confirm. You’re almost there!

Step 6: Click on the “PAY NOW” on the Pay Enrollment Fee window. You’ll be directed to a secure site to submit payment information. A receipt will be emailed to the email address you provided.
