ABOUT CARD SERVICES
Now it is easier than ever to get your Eagle Card! Instead of standing in a line to have your photo taken, you can submit your own photo online in an easy process that takes less than two minutes to complete.
Life University Eagle Card is the official identification card for students, faculty, staff, and official campus visitors. The Eagle Card is also an all-in-one card that can be used for campus building access, meal plans, flexBucks and more.
Lost ID Process
Take these four steps as soon as you notice that your Eagle Card is lost or has been stolen.
1. Deactivate Current Card
If your Eagle Card is lost or stolen, please deactivate your card, any time day or night, via Transact eAccount. This will deactivate your Eagle Card and prevent anyone from using it for building access, dining, or eBucks. (If applicable)
2. Email card services
Email cardservices@life.edu to let us know that you have lost your card and are requesting a replacement.
NOTE: Once a new Eagle Card has been created, the old card can’t be reactivated. If you find your lost Eagle Card, your account can be reactivated if a new card has not been processed.
3. Payment
- The fee to replace an Eagle Card is $25.00
- The replacement fee will be added to your student account and can be viewed and paid on EagleNet
- Faculty/Staff will need to pay via TouchNet.
- Pickup Replacement
Replacement cards can be picked up the following day at the Student Affairs Desk in the Learning Resource Building. Please allow 24-hour business hours from the time of request to pick up your ID. When visiting us to pick up your new card you MUST bring a valid government-issued photo identification to confirm your identity.

New ID
If you need a new ID, you are welcome to submit a photo online or stop by the card services office in the Learning Resource Building M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Others adding money to your flexBucks account
You can invite guests to deposit funds on your behalf. They will need to know your first and last name, and your Life U student ID number.
eAccount
Eagle Card eAccounts allow you to:
- Check your fund balance for eBucks
- Add funds to your flexBucks
- See when and where you’ve spent funds using your Eagle Card
- Check your meal plan swipe balance
- Disable your card if its lost or stolen
The hours of operation for the card services are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
If you prefer to adhere to social distancing guidelines and you have lost your ID, please email CardServices@LIFE.edu and we will send an email with detailed instructions on how you order and receive your new ID.
