Notary Services are available at Campus Safety to current students, alumni, faculty and staff for employment and school-related purposes. The signee must sign the documents in the presence of the notary and must present a government issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc). Examples of documents that can be notarized during business hours are:

• Licensure forms
• State Board forms
• Jury duty (for currently enrolled students)
• Financial Aid forms
• Life University issued diplomas
• Enrollment forms for insurance purposes

Documents not listed will be reviewed and notarized at the discretion of the notary. Please contact Campus Safety at 770-426-2911 for more information.
